Terms Of Service
Section 1 – Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided byOutbound Labs LLC, doing business as OutboundLabs (“Company,” “we,” “our”),including the AI voice and messaging automation platform (the “Software”), you(“Customer,” “you,” “your”) agree to be bound by this combined Terms of Serviceand Privacy Policy (“Agreement”). If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
Section 2 – Services
OutboundLabs provides a B2B SaaS platform forAI-driven voice and messaging automation for marketing and customer servicepurposes. The platform is online only and may be updated or modified at ourdiscretion.
Section 3 – Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legallyauthorized to enter into binding contracts to use our Software.
Section 4 – Account Registration & Third-Party Sign-In
- To use the Software, you mustcreate an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- You are responsible formaintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activityon your account.
- Third-Party AccountAuthentication: Users may create an account or sign in using third-partyauthentication providers. By using such authentication, you authorizeOutboundLabs to access basic profile information from the provider (e.g., name,email address, profile picture) solely for authentication and providingpersonalized access to the Software. Users may revoke access at any timethrough their third-party account settings.
Section 5 – License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive,non-transferable license to access and use the Software solely for yourinternal business operations in accordance with this Agreement.
Section 6 – Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, orcopy the Software
- Introduce malicious code orinterfere with system operations
- Circumvent security measures
- Use the Software toviolate applicable laws or regulations
Section 7 – Subscription & Fees
- The Software is subscription-basedwith consumption fees, billed monthly.
- Payments must be made via creditor debit card.
- Fees are non-refundable.
- No late fees or interestrates apply, but delayed payment may result in service deactivation.
Section 8 – Service Availability
The Software is provided as-is, and no uptimeguarantee is provided. We may perform maintenance or updates without notice butwill aim to minimize disruption.

Support is provided via email at support@outboundlabs.com.
Support hours are 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
Section 10 – Data & Privacy
10.1 Information We Collect
- Account Information: Name, emailaddress, and profile picture when signing in via third-party authentication orcreating a native account.
- Usage Data: Data about yourinteractions with the Software to provide and personalize services.
- Payment Data: Credit ordebit card information for subscription billing (processed securely viathird-party payment processors).
10.2 How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide access to the Software
- Authenticate your account,including via third-party sign-in
- Personalize your experience
- Respond to support requests
- Bill for subscriptionand consumption fees
10.3 Third-Party Account Data
- Data collected via third-partyauthentication is limited to basic profile information (name, email, profilepicture) and is used solely for authentication and personalization.
- Users may revokethird-party account access at any time through the third-party accountsettings.
10.4 Data Storage & Security
- We store user data securely andimplement industry-standard measures to protect it.
- Customer data remains the propertyof the Customer.
- No third-party analyticsor hosting services are used.
10.5 Sharing of Information
- We do not sell, rent, or tradeyour personal information.
- Data may be shared onlyif required by law or to provide the Software (e.g., payment processing).
10.6 User Rights
- Access: You may request a copy ofyour data.
- Correction: You may requestcorrections to inaccurate data.
- Deletion: You may request deletionof your account and data.
- Third-PartyAuthentication Revocation: Users may revoke third-party authentication via theprovider’s account settings.
Section 11 – Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and materialsprovided by OutboundLabs are our exclusive property. You may not reproduce,modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Section 12 – Warranties & Disclaimers
The Software is provided “as is” withoutwarranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including impliedwarranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, ornon-infringement.
Section 13 – Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law,OutboundLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequentialdamages, including loss of profits or data. Our total liability shall notexceed the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Section 14 – Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and holdharmless OutboundLabs, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims,liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Software orviolation of this Agreement.
Section 15 – Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement atany time. Upon termination, all unpaid fees become immediately due. You mustexport any data prior to account deletion.
Section 16 – Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws ofFlorida, USA, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any disputesarising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved in thecourts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Section 17 – Changes to Agreement
OutboundLabs may update this Agreement fromtime to time. Continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of therevised Agreement.
